Accessing and using this website, as well as purchasing products from test1solutions.com, implies the reading, knowledge, and acceptance of these general conditions. If the product is available, the order will be confirmed and the product, carefully packaged, will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer. If the requested product is not available, the Customer will be promptly informed and the order will be canceled. Delivery to the address specified will be made without undue delay within fifteen working days from order confirmation. The Company is not liable for any delays.
Shipping via courier is typically within 5 working days. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, a missed delivery notice will be left. It is possible to arrange a new delivery date via the courier’s website as indicated in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking is available using the tracking number on the courier’s website. Please make sure to provide a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package. If the Customer is not at home, it is recommended to provide the address of a trusted person (friends, relatives) or, if possible, the workplace.

Product prices are shown in Euros including VAT and are valid at the time of order. Any VAT rate changes may affect the final price. Shipping and handling costs are not included in the listed price but are displayed on the order confirmation page.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 working days from the date of product delivery. The withdrawal must be communicated in writing to TEST1 SRL, Via Corsica, 143 – 25121 Brescia, Italy. A confirmation of receipt will be sent to the Customer (via email or fax).
The withdrawal can be made using the dedicated form included in the package, or by any other clear written declaration sent to the address above.
The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase, within 30 working days from the notice of withdrawal. The return shipping costs and risks are borne by the Customer. The Company will reimburse only the product price within 14 days after receiving the returned product or valid proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Product purchases are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and its subsequent amendments. The warranty covers only conformity defects and does not apply in cases of negligence or improper use and/or maintenance of the product.
Orders may only be placed by individuals over the age of 18.
Contracts are concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. If the contract is entered into by a professional, the court of jurisdiction for any disputes will be Brescia, Italy.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer explicitly approves this clause pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code.
In accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, the data controller is Test1 Srl, Via Cassala 20, Tax Code and VAT No. 03862820986.
Personal data will be processed confidentially and securely, exclusively for order fulfillment and legal obligations.
